Introducing the Getty Law Firm

Charles R. Getty, Jr., Attorney and Counselor at Law, established the Getty Law Firm and opened its doors on August 1, 2003 after over twenty-five (25) years of association and partnership with the law firm of McMahon and Grow, a partnership including George W. Grow, Richard H. McMahon, David C. Grow and Raymond A. Meier; the firm later was known as McMahon, Grow & Getty; in more recent years Paul L. Pileckas maintained an office in the Getty Law Firm and upon his retirement on January 1, 2011 Mr. Pileckas' files were entrusted to the Getty Law Firm.

The Getty Law Firm concentrates in such areas of law including real estate, wills/trusts/estates, collections/foreclosure, corporate formation, divorce/family issues, municipal matters and general practice; such diverse practice has included representation of municipalities, local and national lending institutions, businesses including airplane maintenance, transportation, hotel/restaurant, retail and sales entities, as well as local merchants, businesses, and individuals throughout the Rome area.
